Pumpkin Hunting, Primary, & Ode to Global Warming
I
am now trying to update the website more often, probably with shorter posts too.
This morning we woke up to snow on the ground!!! Weather people said it is the
first time on record we have received snow like this?? So I am planning on
starting a new company that sells Carbon Onsets so I can speed up this "global
warming" Because whatever we are doing is not enough!!
On Friday we took the girls to the
pumpkin patch to pick out pumpkins for this year. Holly picked probably the best
one of all. She had also already decided that she wanted her's decorated as
Aurora, since we did Princesses last year.

Last Sunday was the primary program. Holly has great memorization skills so she was able to do all her parts without any help. The only mistake she made was while describing the creation she said..."the dark was called night time and the light was called SPRINGTIME"
She also has quite a voice, they we're singing "As I Have Loved You", she would grab on of the microphones and hold it close to her mouth, she was closing her eyes and throwing her head back on the louder notes, quite the drama queen...here is the first verse I recorded I couldn't stop laughing...http://www.the-foxes.info/video/hollysing.wav...when she quieted down she actually sang the right notes! (Yes, she is the very loud off-key one!)

Disneyland for the girls, and last month we actually won something,
however it was only second prize...4 free
tickets to Hoogle Zoo. So we took the girls
there on my day off and brought a lunch. It was a fun time with the kids, Holly
enjoyed the elephants, Sienna enjoyed the new Albino Alligator as well as the
snakes. I got to take
the girls on their new carousel.
right by the Zebra's and
luckily only
smell them once or twice, it was a fun day with the family!!
Well
we went up the canyon again to roast marshmallows, and have s'mores. The girls
enjoy being out in the outdoors. The camp ground that we go to has a trail up
the side o
f
the mountain and a small cave. we have yet to see how deep it goes. ON the trail
there was a little rock that Sienna decided to climb up, Holly was unwilling to
climb up it until she saw that Sienna did it all be her self. Then Holly had to
climb it too!! Sienna is much more independent and outgoing, she scraped up her
leg climbing down, but refused my help, Holly on the other hand slipped a little
and refused to climb down without my help!!
f
Julie's friends, she says that holly is one of the best students, and they
try and keep her in the middle so the
other girls can see and copy her too. here is a picture of her in her
"ballerina" outfit
